Removing messages

So, how do you remove a message (of your own) if you use
the online web reader (access newsgroups via IExplorer?)

I really need to get my address off of this newsgroup--too
many virus emails.

Or should I invoice Bill "No, really, I'm not evil" Gates
for the time I spend delting them?

You send a message with your original email and cancel. Don't know if it
will work from the web interface. Try it in OE then selectt you message,
Tools Menu - Cancel Message.

select your message and right click to cancel.

removing your post will NOT stop the emails because
the harvester still has your email address.

i use the website to post with fake address and i still
get the emails on my yahoo.com server. but my noname.com
server does not get any virus emails. explaim that one.
