Removing International Dialling Codes From Contacts

J

johndoc

The default setting for Outlook 2002 is NOT to offer the
choice of omitting International Dialling Codes from
contacts' phone numbers. This is particularly unhelpful
when snyching with my mobile phone ... I need to remove
each the Country Code from each individual telephone
number on my phone. Is there a way of getting Outlook
2002 to offer a 'none' choice for the 'Country/Region'
field of a Contact?

Many thanks

Thanks for getting back so quickly. Can you be more
specific, please. I have checked Tools -> Options and can
find nothing within the several tabs to allow me to omit
the International Dialling Code.
Many thanks again

You make that choice in Outlook's Dialing options...
