removing Etrust ez Armor

Tried everything! Can't remove the AV part of Ez Armor from the add/remove
panel.

Should have known better when I saw the MS logo on the Etrust site :-(

Anyway of removing it manually?

I've experienced no problems uninstalling it several times.

I've had to reformat becuase it hosed my system and wouldn't even let me
boot to safe mode.

What on earth are you two not doing right? I have used EZ Trust for some 4
or 5 years and never a problem!!

I just put the AV part of the free EZ Armor LE on here (without the
firewall) which meant...

a) uninstalling my pay EZ Trust (latest version, but expired),
b) uninstalling ZAPro,
c) installing EZ Armor LE, but only the AV part.....simply because the Zone
Alarm firewall (rebadged) is the freebie one and I prefer to use the pay
one......and finally....
d) reinstalling ZAPro.

Didn't encounter one single problem.....I had contacted CA Support to see
what version of ZA was being used and they told me how to do the
above....perhaps you should try them. I find them quite helpful.
