Removing 'Add-in' toolbars

I'm using: Outlook 2003/Windows XP Pro SP2/SBS2003/Exchange

I recently installed the driver/utility that came with a Bluetooth dongle
(BlueSoleil) and it's added an unwanted toolbar to the main Outlook window.
I can remove it by unchecking it from View|Toolbars, but it's back next time
I start Outlook.

I can't see any option in the Add-in to switch this off. Is there any way
to prevent this from within Outlook or Windows?

It should expose itself in;
Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> button Advanced Options-> button
COM-Addins/Addin Manager.
Untick it there and restart Outlook.
