removed quarantined item by mistake

I removed an item marked quarantined by mistake and i
can't seem to find the item any where. i need to unblock
it so that the program can function. is the item
permanatly lost? or where can i look?

Look in Tools, real-time protection, View all blocked events.

You can undo blocks you have set, but if a file has actually been deleted,
you'll need to either use System Restore and restore to a date and time
before the deletion, or re-install the application involved.
