Remove the "Junk E-mail" folder

Hi,

I've recently migrated from Outlook Express 6 to Windows Mail, and i notice
a new "Junk E-mail" folder as well as new options to filter junk e-mail.

While i can understand these might be good for people whose e-mail providers
don't handle this filtering, it is completely useless in my case, because i
happen to own my own e-mail server in which i already filter spam.
Hence, i immediately disabled all options related to junk e-mail filtering i
found in Windows Mail; however, the "Junk E-mail" folder is still sitting
there, doing absolutely nothing.

Is there a way i can remove that folder?
