Remove email address from the cache so it doesn't show when typing

I have a contact that has changed jobs. When I type his name his old address
keeps coming up. I want to delete this from the cache so it will only use his
new address. How do I do that?

Use the down-arrow key to highlight the unwanted entry and then press
Delete.

I did that and it keeps coming back. The profile I have in the contacts has
his new email address so it is not getting it from there. I have deleted it
as you suggested all week and it still comes back from somewhere. I have
looked to see if I had him in a distribution list also but do not. It is not
a big deal I just have to be careful I don't get to fast and not look at the
address. Thanks again.

I did that and it keeps coming back.

Then either you send another message to that address or your mail profile
may need recreating.

The profile I have in the
contacts has his new email address so it is not getting it from
there.

The autocompletion cache isn't related to your contacts.
