Remove Desktop - Unable to log you on because of an account restriction

I get this message and I'm not sure why. The user account has no password
associated with it, it is an admin account and remote desktop/remote
assistance is enabled.

I assume you're talking about "Remote" desktop - not "Remove" desktop...In
order to logon to a system via "Remote Desktop", the account *must* have a
password assigned to it.
