In Internet Explorer - go to
HELP - then ONLINE SUPPORT, then
search for
permission sharing
and it will explain how to allow only permissions that you want

Set permissions. From Start | Help and Support search on permissions.

Thanks you very for your Reply Mr. Raj Kohli,

I have windows XP professional and Windows XP home edition both.

I think , I should re explain my problem, I want other people on
network to access my share folder , Open my database file , Read,Write
and modify things as per our Database software like we are using
quickbooks , but I want them not to copy my DB in their computer , Is
it possible?
