Remove Auto-password and login for remote drives

At one point I logged onto a computer and checked the checkbox for "Remember
Password." Now, I need to connect to that computer using a different account,
but once I checked the "Remember Password" box, I don't seem to have any
option to undo that and change login and password.

How can I do this?

Thanks,
Colin

You need to turn-off the AutoComplete feature in Internet Explorer.
Right-click on your Internet Explorer desktop icon and select:
Properties > Content > AutoComplete and uncheck the appropriate boxes.

I seem to have found an answer:

1. Open Control Panel | User Accounts
2. Select the Advanced tab
3. Click on Manage Passwords
4. Select and delete any accounts to reset

Is there anything else I should know?

Thanks,
Colin

This isn't a web or FTP issue. I was referring to local computers on the
network (had the same problem for domain or workgroup, before I found the
password/keymgr.dll file through the control panel).

See my other post for the solution.
