Remote Support Question

We have less than 50 pc's currently setup in a workgroup environment. There
is 1 seperate building in town that is connected to our workgroup. Almost
everyone here is very computer illiterate. I am often showing them how to do
minor things in different programs such as Word or other various things with
there pc's. Instead of running around alot I am wondering if there would be
a fats and easy way for me to connect to there pc and show them what they
need? I know WinXP's Remote Support could be used for this but then the user
would have to go to the trouble of inviting me and then giving me control
after I connect to there pc. Is there a faster way of me just accessing
there pc on my own like Remote Desktop allows me to but also have the user
able to see what I am doing?

Thank You,

Chad

For a small work group you might be able to use this method particularly if
your connecting the buildings via a VPN. I have used it through a VPN in the
past. Note you may need to modify the RCTICKET field in the invitation file
to reflect the local LAN IP address...

Beyond that UltraVNC might work for you. Get the host, client, encryption
plug-in and XP video driver (installed on the host only) from...
