remote installation failing on 160 GB drive

I'm trying to perform a remote installation of Windows 2K
through RIS. The problem I'm having is that the
installation hangs midway of the setup.
The hardware config is PIII 1.8GHz, 512 MB RAM and the
partition is 160 Gb NTFS. I'm trying to install Windows
2000 with integrated Service Pack 5.

Any help is appreciated.

Where does it hang? Is there a message? Do other workstations RIS to
completion?

When you made the rintegrated image did you slipstream the service pack
*before* using RISETUP to create a new image or did you slipstream a
pre-existing RIS image?
