Remote Desktop

I have a user in my office that can use remote desktop to get to any server
in our office, but when they try to use remote desktop to get to our other
office, it times/errors out. This is the only person in my office that has
this problem, everyone else is able to use remote desktop to get to our other
office. Everyone is on XP Pro and all the servers are Windows 2003. Any
ideas?

Thanks!

Has he been granted terminal services privileges on that server?

yes, he has privileges. to add a bit more information, he cant even ping a
server in our other office. It really sounds like it would be some sort of
routing issue, but the thing that stumps me is that everyone else in the
office can do these things, just not this one person.

I would check his network settings...make sure the gateway is setup right.
