Remote desktop

I have 2 PCs at home connected to a network.
When I try to use a Remote Desktop Connection I'm getting
an error while logging in: "Unable to log on because an
account restriction."
I have Remote Desktop enabled (in My Computer Properties).

What should I do to correct that restriction?
