Remote Desktop

I've got a pc at home on which I've enabled remote desktop (XP Pro machine)
and has access to the internet through cable.

I find that I'm often at sites where I have no internet access. Not having
a dialup internet account, is there anyway where I can dial into my home pc
using my laptop and somehow through remote desktop, have internet access.

I know we do this with our work laptops, dialing into central servers to
access the net.
