Remote Desktop Web Connection

I've read all of the posts regarding the Remote Desktop
connections. I'm having the same "Local Policy" problem
on a Windows XP Pro machine I'm trying to get Remote
Desktop Connectivity to.

The user is in the Administrators group on the XP PC,
Allow Terminal Service Login is enabled on our Windows
2003 Server, I have made sure the user's PC has Allow
Terminal Services Login enabled also. Still no connection.

I've done the same things to my work PC and I am able to
get RDWC to work correctly from home. I'm stumped. Is
there anything else to try? Please help and thanks.
