Remote desktop Web Connect

I set-up RDT Web Connect and it appears that I am connecting. After clicking
the connect button the TSWeb page, I connect and get the windows log in box.
My user name populates, but when I put in the password to log on, i receive
an error that say "the system cannot log you on. Make sure the user name and
domain are correct..."

I can access the remote machine using the RDT client, so the user
permissions seem fine.

Any thoughts?

Are both the RDC and TSWeb pointing to the same computer? Any errors in the
event viewer?
