remote desktop w2k pro

Is there a tool or resource to allow the ability of Xp Pro to connect to a
Windows 2000 Pro machine. I know that you can install the remote desktop tool
to allow a one way connection to a xp machine but I want to go from the xp
machine to the w2k pro one. Is the answer in the remote desktop web
connection tools?

You can't do this with rdp. A W2K Pro workstation can only be a
client, not a host.
Use NetMeeting or VNC for this.

Netmeeting: Will Messenger on the Xp side work with Netmeeting on the W2K Pro
side - if so any tech articles on configuration.

VNC: Can you give me more info on this solution.

Thanks,

No.
You can either use Netmeeting on both sides.
Or you can use Windows Messenger 5.0.0482 on both sides. Under the condition
that the w2k machine has SP4, WM on w2k can share its desktop and give
control to WM on XP, and vice versa.
VNC: Can you give me more info on this solution.
