Remote Desktop to Terminal Server

Hello All,
I have a wierd problem. I have a network with a domain and 3 DC's and 1 terminal server. There is one staff member who can log on fine with the regular DC and have the profile load, however, when she logs on to the terminal server (via remote desktop), the profile doesn't. Everyone else in the organization has their profile load when logging onto the terminal server via remote desktop. Any idea why her profile isn't loading and/or how to fix it?

Is there any event log or error message when failing to load profile.

Well I deleted the profile and reset it. I checked the permissions on all
the servers (we use DFS to replicate between servers). And now, when you
try to log in, it just says that the access is denied. The user can still
log on to the workstations fine but gets the access is denied when trying to
log onto the terminal server (both through remote desktop and from the
console) and it closes the connection.

The event log just says access is denied and of course the annoying "contact
administrator".

But everyone else that I know of, can log on to the terminal server- and
they are in the same domain, same ou, same everythign.
