Remote desktop option GREYED out

Hi,
I find that in control panel, System Properties, Remote, Remote Desktop,
Enable Remote Desktop users is greyed out
how can I enable it back through registry ?

Click Start, Run and enter REGEDIT Go to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Terminal Services

In the right pane, locate the fDenyTSConnections entry and either set it to 0 (zero) or delete it.
