Remote Desktop issue

Gordy

Hi all,
Was hoping someone could assist.
I am trying to run Remote Desktop (RD) on my two Xp-pro
home machines. All network functinality works fine.
When i go to run RD it states the user doesn't have
sufficient priveleges to access the machine. I have
allowed "everybody" access to the machines - yet the error
message still prevails.
Is there something simple i'm missing here as to ge this
to work.

You must be an Administrator or a member of the Remote Desktop Users Group in order to access via
Remote Desktop *AND* have a password.

Thanks for the reply. Will setup the account with a
password and see if this makes any diff.
With regards to the link below. I have tried setting up an
accounts as listed in the instructions, but when you click
on "Find" it only ever displays the local machine and
never any of the other machines on my network - in order
to allow them access. Is this the norm or should all the
other network machines show in here.
