Remote Desktop Doesn't Connect Anymore

Hey all.
Several users connect to a W2k3 server (mostly to update web pages)
here on my office. The problem is 2 users cant connect to these servers
anymore (they connected normally weeks ago). They receive a message
about licensing (right after clicking "Connect" there a message box
telling them there arent licenses available)
I think the licenses are ok on the servers and the problem is on
ttheir machines.
Other users (me too) connect normally to the 2 servers, using my
Windows XP (sp2) Remote Desktop Connection, but these 2 guys cant
connect to neither of the servers. They can enter other servers using
RDC normally though.
Every user here uses the same system (Win XP SP2).
any help on modifying parameters on the users registry maybe ?

Thx for any help.

The Message was "The remote session was disconnected because there are
no Terminal Server client access licenses available for this computer".

But a guy that configures the servers on our company just came here and
solved the problem. He changed 'Terminal Services Configurations' to
Licenses 'Per User' instead of 'Per Device'.

He forgot to explain why only 2 guys were having problems though.

anyway, thx again.
