I looked into Ultra VNC once and was unimpressed. I'll have to revisit it.
Thanks for the valuable info. I'm going to print this whole thread and carry
it w/ me!

In my experience VNC (any flavor) is slower than RDC but it just may work
for her. Remember that if she uses UltraVNC over the public internet that she
should use the encryption plug-in that is available.

FWIW I use TightVNC for both XP and Vista because it also works for
Linux and unlike RDP it works as a viewer without kicking the user...
