Remote desktop connection

This is regarding accessing a remote desktop within my LAN
I am able to connect to the remote computer from another
computer within my LAN ,but am not able to logon .when i
use the username thats already added in the remote desktop
allowed users list of the remote computer i,m getting the
message "Unable to log you on because of an account
restriction". I am the member of the Administrator group.I
suspect this is some thing related to user and group
policies.Somebody please help me in editing the security
policies or any thing that could solve this problem.

Are you using a blank password? I can't remember for sure but Remote
Desktop may not allow a blank password.
