Hi. Could anyone please clarify why I can take remote control of a client ONLY when l am in a remote session to the terminal server logged as an administrator and not when I am physically logged on my terminal server? Thanks a lot.
The technical reason is, Microsoft did not include that
functionality in the software. It's not a technical issue-
you can do it with Citrix. In Microsoft speak- "That
behavior is by design." My guess is, they are going to
include that feature in the next version of Windows, and
use it as a reason to upgrade.
