Remote Control option is disabled on TS Manager

I have just installed TS and it seems to work fine.
But I haven't been able to use remote control on anyone, since the option (when I right-click over a session) is disabled.
Tried a few things, but nothing happened. Anyone know what to look for?

Do you have full control permission of the RDP-Tcp
Connection in Terminal Services COnfiguration (tscc.msc),
or at least Remote Control Permission in the advanced ACL.

If these are domain accounts the remote control option
exists in ADU&C on each user account, Remote Tab.
