Remote Control for basic user

I have remote control access over all RDP clients. We have a database
administrator who needs remote control access over the database users. How
can I give her access without making her an administrator?

Hi!
Under Terminal service Configuration -> connections, choose properties on
RDP-TCP, then under permissions add the user and give him the permission to
remote controll(Speciall permission).
