Remote Call Procedure Error -- Shutdown

Every once in a while on WinXP Pro, my computer will pop
up a message saying something like:

"Remote Call Procedure could not be called, your computer
will shut down. Please save any work..."

and it gives me 60 seconds until it shuts down. This
occurs randomly and for no apparent reason. I
reinstalled WinXP about a month ago, and this problem
only just started occuring. It has never happened before
this week. Any help?

**** You need to make sure you have a FIREWALL enabled ****

Open XP's "Help and Support" and type: FIREWALL , and hit enter.
Click on the topic titled "Enable or Disable Internet Connection Firewall".

To stop the reboots: Go to Start/Run and type in: services.msc. Scroll down
to Remote Procedure Call (RPC)/Logon/First Failure/Restart the Service.

Then close Windows Explorer, End Process in the Task Manager for
msblast.exe, run the edit on line 257 then run the patch listed below it:
