hi, My friend and I used to be able to connect through
remote assistance until my friend changed his
connection.My connection is DSL, his is DSL too but
only faster, we have the same ISP provider , the only
thing that changed is the speed , since then when we try
to connect via remote assistance, I recieve his
invitation, I accept it and then ,when my computer tries
to connect, I receive an error message saying that the
host name could not be resolved. The funny thing is that
when I send him an invitation, it works, but when HE
tries to send an invitation, my computer cannot connect.
We both run Win XP. Anyone has any idea why we can't
connect anymore.
