Remote Assistance Unable Resolve Host

I trying to use Remote Assistance to help my fren on his PC. This was working
fine when I tried using it on my sister PC at home but I get the following
error when I tried to connect to my fren's PC

"Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the remote
host name could not be resolved. Please try again."

I tried using windows messenger, email and file but none of them work. I
check the windows firewall settings on his PC. Remote assistance was enabled.
Is there anything else I missed out? It works within my home netowrk but once
its extended out, it fails. Following is the request file I sent out.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="Unicode" ?><UPLOADINFO

RCTICKETENCRYPTED="1" DtStart="1178699874" DtLength="120"

Help is very much appreciated. Thank you.

Your email request has a different port

RCTICKET="65538,1,219.7.55.190:28679 ...
instead of
RCTICKET="65538,1,219.7.55.190:3389 ...

If your friend is not using 3389, and needs to use the other port, he would
have to 'forward' the port. His router software (usually at
http://192,168.0.1) will have the 'exception' options. I'm not sure which
port of the two would work for his situation.

well.

165.21.154.176
may I know how to go about changing it on the invite file? the new file I
generated looks like this

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="Unicode" ?><UPLOADINFO
TYPE="Escalated"><UPLOADDATA USERNAME="izaac"
RCTICKET="65538,1,172.16.1.30:3389;izsystem:3389,*,fsdqbMxpBRuVIVEMUxbopcboPQqJCbBGAuDef8Ge/kE=,*,*,7u4Pr7Q81459/SDnDZb4Z/KKCN8="
RCTICKETENCRYPTED="1" DtStart="1178722071" DtLength="60"
PassStub="GW(1MhoqWPkUaV" L="0" /></UPLOADINFO>

Thanx a million for your help.

The third IP you are showing makes the RCticket different. I don't know the
method for that. Probably some form of forwarding of port 3389.
