Hope im in the right forum my problem is
i have a friend who wants to sort 1 or 2 things out on my computer using remote assistance in messenger but everytime i press that option it keeps telling me to install the latest version which is already on. Even when i go to the link it gives me to install, i install it and it still tells me i haven't got the latest version on.
Please help this frustrated thicko female
