Remote assistance error

I get the following error when trying to offer remote assistance: A program
could not start. Please try again. I dont' have firewall enable on both
computer (Expert/Novice) and both comps have SP2.
To aexplain a little bit more When I click on conect I get the text box with
the current users login name then I click on Start Remote Assistance and I
get a Web page Dialog with the message desribed above
