Remote Access

Is there any way to tell whether my PC has been accessed remotely, or whether
someone is attempting to remote access by using passwords or other means by
which to access my PC? And would this problem be stopped by internet
security software which prevents hackers from access? And what happens when
it doesn't?

I'm afraid you have the wrong kind of access in mind here. This newsgroup is
dedicated to Microsoft Access, the database product. You should post this
question in a Windows newsgroup.
