Remote Access using dialup modem

Hello,

How can i connect to my business network from my laptop using the dialup
modem and get access to my files or maybe launch application on the PCs on my
business network or to remote desktop the PCs on the network?

All PCs and the laptop are Windows XP Professional and the business network
is a wourkgroup without domain name using Linksys Wireless-G network hub.

Thanks for your reply, I made the appropriate settings and i've created an
incoming connection on the host and a dialup connection on the guest but
after dailing it dissconnect and giving me the following error: "Error: 678,
The remote computer did not respond."

by the way, i was able to make a Remote Desktop locally on the network but
not by the dialup due to above error.
