Remote Access / Account Restriction

G

GreenMonster

I'm attempting to connect to my home pc from my office laptop. Everything
is configured correctly in regards to correct ports being open. When typing
my home pc ip address in the Remote Desktop Connection dialogue box I do in
fact connect to my home pc and am prompted for a username and password.
Right now my username on my home pc is "AB" and I do not use a password.
However when I type "AB" into the username dialogue box and leave the
password blank and try to connect I recieve the following message:

"Unable to log you on because of account restrictions"

My user rights are set to "administrator" on my home machine

What am I doing wrong?.

You need a password. That is a requirement of RDP...
