Reminder

Just a reminder: Many folk are reading posts too quickly or
something. The last few days to a week especially seem to be
full of good information to the posters, but ... NOT what the
poster asked for, or only one facet of what the poster asked,
while the rest is ignored without comment or ... . You get the
idea.

This group used to be the best! Can we please try to read a
little closer and if, say, we reference another site, tell the
poster what he'll get there so he can know the question isn't
really answered by the reference? I don't post a lot of
questions, but I do learn a lot from the responses.

Many folk are reading posts too quickly or
something.

Even more people are making original posts too quickly.
Many requests for help are indecipherable and/or
amazingly vague and if you reply with questions, many
original posters will never answer. As a result, I think
many people get in the habit of taking their best guess
about the problem and posting a solution.

I certainly get the idea.
The op wants what he wants when he wants it.;)
But he does supply enough information, he does not bother to read even a
weeks worth of posts that would answer he question or allow him to make a
more specific question.
And, yep, there are so many questions that many never get answered or the op
never comes back.

So if you think the answers are just for the op, you are most mistaken. The
answers are for the next op that takes the trouble to read the information.

Instant gratification on a delayed web page. lol get real.
Also, about 1/4 of the questions are so meaningless that only a bored
sleepless NG user would bother to respond.

I for one read these posts like they were newly discovered scripts in the
caves near the red sea. You just never know what little tad bit may pop up.

So, how about we put the responsibility of the op's action right where it
belongs. That being in his lap. :)

Then send an email to the OPS and tell them to ask for a refund.
