Reminder

When trying to have MO calandar remind me of an
appointment, I get the following error " The reminder
for "meet Joe Smith" will not appear because the item is
not in your calandar or task folder" Is that OK.

Yet the appoint is visible in my calandar as a single
occurrence.

Any thoughts?

It's not in your default calendar folder. Every Outlook install has a
default Calendar folder. You may have created another calendar folder or you
have multiple Personal Folder files and the Calendar you are using is not in
the same PST as the one you're using.

Along these lines im trying to get reminders to promt up
on everyone with access the the clanader in public
folders. Is there a way to do this?
