Remap the gd INSERT key

Yes folks, the INSERT key is harassing me again. I'd like to remap it
to DELETE. Yes folks, I know I already have a delete key. I want
another one cuz my right hand little fin is the size of a whale fluke,
ok?

Used to be able to do this in DOS by fiddling with codepage
assignments. How can I do this in XP Home? WITHOUT adding another gd
program to the computer just to remap the key?

You can download the Windows Server 2003 reskit and use the remap.exe tool to remap the keys of your
keyboard. The resource kit is available here:
