Relationship screen layout changing

Guest

I have a database with about 50 tables. I use the relationships screen to
show what it is supposed to show and to create the one to many links.

The relationships screen though sometimes rearranges my table layout into a
mess that I cannot decipher. The relationships stay put, it is just the
layout of tables on the screen that gets messed up.

Is this a bug in Access or some setting somewhere I am unfamiliar with.

It goes with the territory. In the later versions of Access you are
able to print the relationships diagram. Get things arranged to your
liking and print it.

That's as good as it gets.

Are you looking at the relationships window in the FE MDB or the BE
MDB? If the FE it will always be mucked up and you shouldn't be
working with it there anyhow as such doesn't do you any good.

Alternatively does this happen after you import the tables in an MDB
into a new MDB? If so use the sysrels utility at the following
location to copy the table relationships layout window

Or use Save Restore Modify Relationship Window at
