Reinstalling my .pst's

Before rebuilding my machine, I saved my .pst's onto an external drive (I
somehow have two, forgot how that happened).

How do I reinstall the .pst's to Outlook? Thanks.

Copy to a hd location, Either use mail applet in control panel to add the
data files, or if OL is functioning in OL File>Open>Data File.....browse to
location.
