Reinstalled Windows XP

I purchase Windows XP two years ago and loaded the
software with no problems. This year I bought a new
computer with Windows XP, my old computer was running to
slow and had a small hard drive.
I have a laptop that has Windows 98 operating system that
I used for when I travel with AutoCad software loaded, I
would like to reload my two year old Windows XP on the
laptop, it this a problem with the license agreement.

Thanks

Hi Dick,

According to item #4 of the WINXP EULA, that wouldn't be a problem with the
licence agreement, so long as you completely remove the product from the
other computer:

"TRANSFER-Internal. You may move the Product to a different Workstation
Computer. After the transfer, you must completely remove the Product from
the former Workstation Computer."

Regards,
