reinstall xp pro

I´m trying to reinstall xp pro but when I get to the conditions page and I
press F8 to accept the conditions, nothing happens. How can I get the
installer to continue?

If your keyboard has a F-Lock key, press it once, then press F8.
Otherwise, use the Tab key to highlight the accept button, then
press the Enter key.

Many times you have to page down to "review" all the EULA. Do this and
press F8 again.
