reinstall using different CD

I need to reinstall XP on the original HD. I've lost my original CD, but I
still have the my original XP sticker stuck to my PC's case. Will I have a
problem using a CD from a second PC and reactivating using my original Key?

No, you won't, provided that it's the same type
(Home/Professional, OEM/Retail).

And it is a true generic OEM and not a bios locked version of XP install or
a system restore disk from a manufacturer. Give it a try, the only things
that could happen is it works or fails. Won't physically hurt the computer.
