For Registry key Hkey_Current_User

Read: Query Value,Enumerate Subkeys,Notify,Read Control
Read/Excute: ?
Read/Execute/Write/Delete: ?

would anybody please help me what should be selected for
the above two registry permissions.

If you have changed them the easiest solution is to restore the user's
registry hive file from backup.

Where? At the root of HKCU I believe the default (W2K) is
EVERYONE:F
but don't propgate that! If you can be more specific and name the OS
it might help...
