registry keys detected

I did a scan with the microsoft spyware agent, it detected
over 1400 items in my registry but didn't do anything with
them. Any one have any suggestion on how to remove all
these items, and no funny stuff im not doing it one by one.

Try the same removal operations in safe mode. Restart your machine, and
press the F8 function key before the initial Windows screen appears.

What happened at the end of the scan?

You should get a nice neat list of each threat discovered, with a default
disposition pre-chosen, and the option to choose other dispositions--remove,
quarantine, ignore, ignore always.

Did you not get such a choice?
