I cant register my windows xp sp3 5.1 during activation and using regwiz /r
command, bu
t the activation is successful only.
I need a tool to register my windows or i want to register it directly
through MS web site.

It's not necessary to register and there are NO benefits in doing so.

My advice? Don't bother. It's not worth worrying about. You *need* to
activate, but registration has no benefit to you. It's used solely for
demographic purposes by Microsoft.
