You can only change the 'Registered to' name and changing the name
of the
folders under Documents and Settings is not possible once they have
been
created.
Change the 'Registed to' name by running the following automated
edit:
Change registered owner and organisation (line 7, right column)

i bought my new note book from a friend who had already
registerd it in her name. does any one know how to remove
a previouse owners name from THIS COMPUTER IS REGISTERD
TO ???? her name keeps popping up in other places to like
my documents, how do i replace her name with mine?
