Hi,
Not sure if this is the right forum...
But when i try to run regedit, i´ll get a dialogbox saying:
"This program could not start because ACLUI.dll is missing"

What can i do to fix it???

Is the file ACLUI.dll present on your system? It should be in the
\WINDOWS\system32 folder and in the \WINDOWS\system32\dllcache folder.

If the file is in the location that John John specified in his post the next
most probable cause is malware. In a lot of malware the first thing that
the program does is prevent regedit from running and also being able to use
the internet to download. If there is any possibility of malware being on
your system I would suggest running at least two different anti-malware
programs. Malwarebytes http://www.malwarebytes.org/ and Spywareblaster
http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html are ones mentioned here,
as well as Spybot Search and Destroy. I have used the first and last for
regular checkups on my systems.
