regarding pop up messages in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003

Hi,
I need some help in using Outlook efficiently. I want solution for my
problems. I want Outlook to pop up a message to me when I send an email
without an attachment or without a subject line. Means if I send an Email
without a Subject line outlook should pop up a mesage box "Subject line
empty.Do you want to continue?" with Yes and No button on it. Same I want for
email without attachments being sent.I don't want any tools. If something can
be done with the help of Registry editor or Visual Basic editor, it would be
a great help for me. Please help me, as I have very bad habit of not checking
my mail before sending it. So please help me...
