Refreshing Windows Explorer files

When I rename a picture, or resize it in windows explorer, it doesn't show up
in the folder with the new name or size, until I click on refresh from the
view menu.

This only happens on 1 of my computers. The other ones update immediately
and I can see the new picture and name. What is wrong and how can I fix it
